Pursuit HPLC Columns from Agilent Technologies
Pursuit is available in a wide range of selectivities such as Pursuit C18, C8 or Diphenyl. Special selectivities such as Pursuit PFP (for very polar compounds) and Pursuit PAH (environmental) give you the extra selectivities you need for your most challenging applications.
Built on the larger 200Å pore size silica, high ligand density delivers up to 40% faster separations without sacrificing resolution. This is accomplished by optimizing mass transfer with the larger pore size. The column’s performance is due to the unique combination of advanced bonding chemistry and ultra-high purity silica. These factors combine to provide rapid separations with excellent first time resolution and symmetrical peaks for polar compounds, whether at pH 1.5 or 10.
Media is scalable from analytical all the way up to preparative dimensions.
